Vacancies in Dushanbe

Recruitment of staff at OJSC «Agroinvestbank» is done when necessary on the basis of competition.  Advertisements about vacancies at the head office or in the branches of the Bank are publicised in the republican papers «Asia Plus», «Reklama», and for the Branches of the Bank in regional publications. All the requirements to the vacant position and list of necessary documents are indicated in the advertisements.
After collection (reviewing) all the documents, during a month, a contest is arranged; applicants are all preliminary notified about time and place of the test. By the results of the contest which is usually conducted in three phases: test, interview and computer literacy exam; the candidate is accepted to work as a probationer for a probation period.
Assignment is done by the results of his/her activity during the probation period
