Re-registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan on March 27, 2008

     Agroinvestbank is a non-governmental bank and operates as an open joint-stock company. Besides of the Head Office in Dushanbe city, bank has four regional head branches in cities of Khujand, Khorog, Kurgan-Tube, and Kulyab linked to 57 sub-branches  throughout the country. "Agroinvestbank" has been granted a license by the National Bank of Tajikistan to offer a wide choice of products and services. The bank has been formed by the capital of individuals, business enterprises all residents of the Republic of Tajikistan.

  In October 2002 at Geneva “Business Initiative Directions” conference, OJSC "Agroinvestbank" was awarded  "International Star Award for Quality" and "Gold" nomination for its achievements of international standards by using modern technology in its practical activities.
   In March 2003, at Frankfurt “Business Initiative Directions” conference, OJSC "Agroinvestbank" was awarded "The Arch of Europe " and "Platinum" nomination for QUALITY and TECHNOLOGY.
    Stated share capital of OJSC “Agroinvestbank” comprises of 1 782 843 common and preferred shares for the amount of 178 284 300 Somoni and formed by the shareholders’ equity and assets, which have resulted from the sale of Bank’s shares in national or foreign currency.

    Shares of OJSC “Agroinvestbank” are issued as common and preferred shares. Nominal value per share is 100 Somoni. The issuance of shares is carried out by the bank for the size of the stated capital stock.

   Bank’s shareholders can be any legal entities, individuals, including foreigners, within the requirements stipulated by current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
 “Agroinvestbank” shareholders can dispose of their shares in whole or in part.Shares of the bank are sold by the main office, all branches, and also through the specialized registrar of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.

   The amount of dividends is declared before the taxes are deducted. Shareholders of OJSC “Agroinvestbank” have the right:
• To be involved in bank’s management, in the order stipulated by the Charter of OJSC “Agroinvestbank”;
• To dispose of their shares;
• To receive information about the bank’s activities and performance.
   

   Each common share gives the shareholder the right of:
• One vote at all decision making and accepting resolutions at General meeting of Shareholders.
• Reception of dividends, approved by the General meeting of shareholders;
• Reception of part of the bank property after liquidation of OJSC “Agroinvestbank”, proportionally to total value of shares owned by a shareholder;
• Reception of dividends due, associated to the number of the shares of OJSC “Agroinvestbank”
